Where do I purchase ZEN Design Hardware?

What is the best way to clean ZEN Design products?
We recommend only warm water and a soft cloth to clean ZEN Design products. Please do not use chemical or abrasive cleansers.

Does ZEN Design have a minimum order quantity or amount?
No, ZEN Design does not require a minimum order quantity or dollar amount. We do not charge a small order fee or any drop ship fees.

What does “centers” mean?
Centers refer to the 'center to center' dimension for pulls. The distance between the two holes drilled into cabinets for application of pulls is the center to center dimension. When purchasing replacement pulls, measurement of the distance between any pre-drilled holes is necessary for accurate product ordering. 

What does mm mean?
mm is an abbreviation for millimeters.

All ZEN Design products are manufactured in Brazil where the metric system of measurement is used. Dimensions such as centers or overall size are provided in millimeters for accuracy. To convert a dimension from millimeters to inches, divide the millimeters by 25.4. 
Example: 320 mm divided by 25.4, equals 12.5 inches. 

What are the expedited shipment options?
All orders are shipped from our location in Boca Raton, Florida. ZEN Design will process urgent shipments upon request and at customer expense via the following options: 
FedEx Next Day Air
FedEx Second Day Air
FedEx Ground

What freight company is used by ZEN Design?
USPS and FedEx are the primary shipment method. Please contact us at 336 408 8133 if other shipping options are needed.

What is the sample policy for ZEN Design?
ZEN accepts orders for single pieces to be used as samples without charging small order fees or requiring minimum quantities to be ordered. Sorry, we do not provide complimentary samples. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. We allow one of each of our items as a free sample. You initially pay for the product and the shipping cost. After you place a subsequent order for a certain $ amount depending on the product, you will receive full credit for your sample items.
Requests to return unused product can be arranged, if needed, by contacting us for RGA details at 336 408 8133.

I am in the trade. Do you offer any special prices?
Yes, we sell wholesale to the trade.  Please email us to support@soluainc.com. We require proof of business prior to giving any wholesale information to anyone. Proof consists of a faxed copy of your companies’ federal tax ID certificate or business license and company letterhead.
